Shannon Blankenbeckler, NP-C

After graduating from UNC-Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, I worked in a hospital setting as a critical care registered nurse for several years before earning an advanced practice degree as an Adult/Gerontological Nurse Practitioner at UNC-Greensboro. Since 2017, I have been employed at Integrated Pain Solutions and I practice personalized, patient-centered, compassionate approach, to achieve improved function and quality of life, for patients with chronic pain.

In May 2020, I completed a post-master's certification at UNC-Chapel Hill as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, to add another dimension. I provide care to patients with chronic pain who often struggle with trauma, disability, anxiety and depression with individual and group therapy and medication management as well as treatment and support for substance use disorders.

My husband Charles and I raised three grown children in Wilmington, NC, and enjoy spending family time fishing and boating on the beautiful coast of North Carolina.

Karen Warwick, FNP-BC

I am a native of Robeson County, NC and have since resided in Columbus County for the past 11 yrs. I am a graduate of Robeson Community College and UNCW where I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. While furthering my education, I worked for UNC-Southeastern formerly known as Southeastern, Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC for seven years. After obtaining my Family Nurse Practitioner degree, I immediately began working in pain management. In January of 2020, I began working for Integrated Pain Solutions. I am passionate about providing holistic and compassionate care to those who suffer with chronic pain.

My fiance and I enjoy spending time together with our dogs Frankie and Stella. I also stay busy enjoying life with my teenage son. In my spare time I enjoy days at the beach, shopping with girlfriends and occasionally a fictional novel. I am currently working on learning to play golf.
