LaNeshia Patrick, MSN, AGNP-C, PMHNP-BC

I am LaNeshia Patrick. A board certified Adult-gerontology and Psychiatric Mental Health nurse practitioner. I am a graduate of the University of South Alabama (AGNP) and Liberty University (PMHNP).

I have over 14 years of healthcare experience with 7 of those years as a nurse practitioner. I also have a strong desire to improve mental health awareness in the community. In My spare time, I love creative writing and Biblical teaching.

Carmen Traitor, NP-C

I was born in Washington DC, raised in Maryland. I moved to NC in 2002. I received my AA in nursing 1995, Paramedic Certification-University of Maryland 1996 and Bachelor in Nursing East Carolina University 2008. I also received my Masters in Nursing at the University of South Alabama specializing in Adult/Geriatric Primary Care 2018.

I have worked as Volunteer EMT/Paramedic 1991-2009 and as a Cardiothoracic surgical nurse 1996-1998 at Washington Hospital Center for 2 years. I also worked as an ER nurse at Southern Maryland Hospital, from 1998-2000. I have also worked in ER's all over the US as a traveling nurse 2000-2002, and in the ICU in Carteret General Hospital from 2002-2008. I worked as Flight Nurse/Paramedic in New Hanover Regional Medical from 2008-2013. While working at the Naval Medical Center I was both an ER nurse and a Trauma Nurse Coordinator 2013 - 2019 I worked as a Nurse Practitioner at the Naval Medical Center from 2019- 2020. I have been working as a Nurse Practitioner with Integrated Pain Solutions since January of 2021.

Patricia Grant, NP-C

Prior to joining Integrated Pain Solutions I have been a life long resident of Eastern Long Island NY. I have enjoyed a decades long career as a registered nurse of which the past 2 decades have been spent as an advanced practice nurse specializing in Pain Management.

I obtained an undergraduate degree in nursing at Molloy College Rockville Center, NY and a Masters degree in nursing from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, NY. The past 20 years have been devoted to treatment of acute and chronic pain through a multidisciplinary approach.

I am skilled in performing trigger point injections, peripheral nerve injections, joint injections, Prolotherapy, Botox, and medication management.
