Thomas Bresley, MD - Medical Director

I am Dr. Bresley, I grew up in the midwest and received my education at Boston University and the Uniformed Services University School of Medicine. I was residency trained and board certified in Family and Nuclear Medicine.

After almost 30 years serving with the Army as a physician, I retired in 2013. I have since studied acupuncture, enjoyed mentorship in holistic pain management and came to Integrated Pain Solutions in 2018. I look forward to serving you.

John Lane, MPAS, PA-C

Prior to Integrated Pain Solutions I served as an Aeromedical Physician Assistant in the U.S. Army. I provided medical care to active duty, retirees, family members as well as Host Nation and Foreign soldiers while on multiple deployments to Afghanistan and Somalia. I retired from the Army after 29 years.

I attended PA School through the Interservice Physician Assistant Program and received my Master of PA Studies from the University of Nebraska in 2009. I am trained in Auricular Acupuncture and use it in our clinics to help manage chronic pain in our patients.

I have been married to my wife for 33 years and have 7 kids and 12 grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with my family and woodworking.

Jennifer Miramontes, FNP-BC

I attended East Carolina University and graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. I then went on to attend The University of Alaska in Anchorage and graduated in 2008 with a Master of Science Degree in Nursing. I am a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). I am also certified in ACLS/BLS through the ANCC. I am a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing. Currently I have over 14 years experience in treating patients with chronic pain.

Prior to practicing as a Nurse Practitioner, I worked as a Registered Nurse in the specialties of Medical/Surgical, Home Health, Behavioral Health, and Radiology Special Procedures.

I am an Oklahoma native, but grew up in the small town of Hope Mills, NC. I enjoy spending time with my three sons, reading, attending concerts, and traveling to the beach and mountains.
