Appointment Policies

Patients should be on time for their appointments. Please remember we schedule patients every 15 minutes. If you are going to be late, please call and inform us or call to re-schedule.

If an appointment is missed for a visit, you will be charged $50.00 for a no show fee. If an appointment is missed for a procedure, you will be charged $100.00 for a no show fee.

Please call to cancel your appointment if you know you will not be able to make it or you will receive a bill.

We are In-Network with most insurances.  Please call our office if you have questions or need more information.
